How Many of the Pipes You Own Do You Smoke?
I've got 7 Briars and 3 Cobs. Rarely smoke the Cobs. When home, I smoke a lot, so I don't rotate pipes, except I tend to smoke 5 of the seven Briars more, letting the Poker and large Radice Billiard rest. I need more pipes. -

That Ken Burns documentary is excellent. I had Shelby Foote's books and lost them to a mini flood years ago. Hadn't read them, so I plan to get them again someday. Burns' film on Jazz is another good one. Likewise, Lewis and Clarke.- maxx

What Are Your Fall Blends?
This is my first Autumn (my favorite season) as a pipe smoker, but I'm hooked on heavy Latakia, so will stick with it. On high temps and humidity - I hear that dry heat isn't as bad. Here in MN if it's 80 or above, it's a sauna. Give me 65 year round, and I'd be happy.- maxx
