Picked up this Peterson's Patent? The Hallmark "b" appears to be from 1969? Can not find anything about a reproduction or Patent pipe in 1969. Very Old Peterson Find & Question
Found this Peterson and trying to find some info. The pipe has "Peterson Dublin" over "K". Close to the stem it has "Irish" over "Freestate". Finally it has the number "969". Looking to find out age and the meaning of the "K". Came out real nice after a good clean and wax. -

I picked this Comoy's Virgin Briar pipe up at an antique store today and it was so covered in years of dirt and tobacco that I did not notice it had these numbers till I was cleaning it. Any clues as to what they mean???
