    There are lots of good premium Burleys out there, but I mainly go for Lane Burley LWAB, Butternut Burley, Peter Stokkebye 702, and then I like Va/Burs, like Peterson Sherlock Holmes, or Tinder Box Norse Gold. I put Burley in my name the day I signed up because I think I was smoking LWAB that day.

    The pipe chooses you! You will know when the right one jumps out. One member might swear you should get a Savinelli 320, but you could be like me and find them hideously ugly. You'll know what you like. There is no "best." Just have fun!

    I've seen some absolutely beautiful Sunrise pipes. I'm finding that "seconds" or even THIRDS that were made by A list brands 50, 60 years ago can be worlds better than "firsts" made these days.

    Going going fast...but I'm sure there will be several more restocks and the other big sites will get them soon. Last year mine came from Tobacco Pipes. I was actually just smoking my 2020 614 about an hour and a half ago.

    I never had Frog Morton, but I have heard more than one person compare MM American Patriot to Frog Morton Cellar, and I have heard more than one person compare Sutliff Mature Red Virginia to the McLelland Reds. I hope this helps.
