Favorite bulldog models
I have a Pete Dracula bulldog. Great smoker but the silver work isn't stellar. Based on when I purchased it, it was likely NOS from before/during the Laudisi acquisition. -

The only thing I would add to the great advice above is aromatics tend to lose their top note quickly. It will smell fine upon opening but fade quickly.- Elric
