    The Castello Thread

    I can buy a handful of Savinellis for the same price as one Castello, so that's where I'l stay. It's really hard to justify spending 400$ on a small block of wood with a couple holes drilled in it. I'm sure they are a great pipe, but holy hell that is a tough concept to wrap my head around.

    Bowl Size?

    I find it helps me detect the nuances better with a larger bowl diameter. I tend to prefer wider bowls for English blends and certain Virginias(like Windjammer).

    About Italian-Made Stanwells

    Good to hear that you guys are liking the Italian made units, I have 3 Stans but they are all Danish. Been a little curious about the italians, but have yet to find one I'd want.
