Final throes of a Fuente Opus 888. I like Opus X. I like the 888 size. I should like this cigar way more than I do. It is ok. Go figure... It has a much nicer looking wrapper than most Opuses (Opi?) in my experience, but not as much flavor.- danimalia

Your posts always make me extremely jealous and eager to try more Cuban cigars. The LCdH here in Tijuana has a very good selection, of course, and is plenty nice, but their hours are wack. Partagas "Maduro" No. 1 with some coffee from Veracruz. This cigar is about as maduro as a RyJ Wide Churchill and about as "Partagas" as one, too. Good smoke so far though. The Wide Churchill usually is 🤣- danimalia

Finally trying the Oliva 135th Anniversary. Such an unusual shape. Like a reverse belicoso with the cap on the wrong end. The cigar does have a little bit of extra spice and intensity than I'm used to from this line. At least the first inch or so. Like it quite a bit so far- danimalia

Punch Signature with some iced coffee. Out of all the "Cuban legacy" brands, I feel like Punch is the one that has done the most to offer an identity and value proposition all its own. They're nothing like true Cuban Punch cigars, of course, but they tend to be solid, affordable and unique.- danimalia
