Originally meant to come to CDMX when my Giants were playing the Padres here, but by the time I booked my trip, the games were sold out. Went to a Mexican League game at the ballpark they played at, and it's a really nice park, the ticket was cheap and the food beats the shit out of the options...- danimalia

Casa Turrent 1880 Oscuro at the, well, Casa Turrent, with some espresso. I was expecting a bigger selection, including Habanos, but I'm enjoying the cigar and the service and locating is beautiful.- danimalia

The Aladino line has become such a big hit. And so much better than current Camachos, IMO. The Corojo tobaccos used in Aladinos remind me a bit of a Cuban Partagas. The Aladino Vintage Selection offshoot is good too, and so are the ones with the Honduran Cameron wrappers- danimalia

Fuente Opus X and some coffee from Chiapas, MX. I'm not sure if this is a regular production size or not. It was in the CRA Sampler. It's 6x56, I think. What's so depressing about the Upmann PC thing is that Habanos does smaller cigars so well. Like, I had a Rafael Gonzales perla a month or so ago, and it was fantastic and by all accounts has become a bit of a minor hit due to its quality and value... Good call on the Barbary Coast! It has some sweetness, and offers some of that C&D Burley strength, though not as much as, like, OJK, Haunted Bookshop or Burley Flakes 1 or 3. If consider it to be a good after dinner smoke- danimalia
