Are You a Pipe or Tobacco Person?
I'd have to say that probably depends on where you're at in your own personal journey in piping. Right now it would probably be tobacco for me as I have several pipes to keep me currently contented. But, most of my pipes were estate pipes found at antique stores, but don't necessarily smoke all...- davidintexas

Hit and Run on my Beautiful Car
I feel for ya bullets. Glad it was only minor damage. Dang twang. That's outrageous. That person should be sent to the pen for that. I have a 96 civic that's got over 300K and still gets 40 mph. I would be heartbroken if it happened to me.- davidintexas

Mac BAren Virginia No. 1 first impressions.

Yes, that was great self-restraint. I would have caved in and bought both, and then try to explain to my wife why it had been determined (by others smarter than myself) that those tobaccos smoked only truly well in the very pipe that was bought along with them :roll:- davidintexas

Dad's - Pipe Pics!
Just think. Someday our kids, grandkids, will be looking at old pics of us, and saying, "Man, you gotta see these pictures. There's granddad with a pipe. I've heard about them. Simon was gracious to send me a pouch of Condor about a month ago, and I must say I liked it for what it is. Mine was not dripping wet, although I did let it sit out an hour before loading it. I had a few relights, but nothing worse than what I normally do. It's good stuff. Thanks...- davidintexas
