Menthol tobacco?
Menthol pipe tobacco probably wont taste much like menthol. In a cigarette, the menthol is actually in the filter and not the tobacco, hence the flavour is so clear. With pipe tobacco it would be more of an aromatic than a flavour.- skylonrow

Aromatic Tobacco

Mario Grandi?
I was under the general consensus that pipes are made from briar and any other wood is inferior? Is this not the case, or is it very much dependant on the tobacco you smoke? -

Thanks man, ha ha Ardors are meant to be quite good but but its upto you to decide whether the quality of the pipe and the smoke justifies the price. But I cant afford an Ardor :P -

What Aromatics are good for a new pipe smoker?
I smoked all three and although they were a nice smoke and I would definatley buy again, I'm still having trouble detecting the 'flavour' in the tobacco.
