They are a delight. I prefer Trafalgar and Prince's Blend, but it's like finding a sack of cash and trying to choose which $100 bill you like best. I stockpile all of them.
Interesting. I don't have any experience with the old St. Bruno, but I can definitely see parallel flavors between the new St. Bruno and Kentucky Blend. Which is in my rotation now, because it's so dang good. The Amphora Burley and English Blends are also very tasty.
This takes a load off my mind. I'm waiting on a boxed set from Amazon that should be arriving this week. I had some trepidation prior to ordering, but I've been wondering about Falcon pipes for years and knew that I would continue to do so until I scratched the itch. Keep us updated!
I found this out early into my last AFG deployment. I got some other guys in my section interested in pipe smoking so placed a large order. Once I saw that message on the order page... Well, good thing the year was tax free.
Just received this Bob Hayes estate courtesy of my friendly neighborhood USPS employee. Has a very wide bit and narrow drilling, but smokes well. Looks pretty dang fine, to boot.
Percolator coffee definitely tastes different. And I agree with you, I think it brews a cup superior to other methods. Those electric pots are spendy! I would like to see it make a comeback, too, so hopefully the price drops.
