    I set on the lowest temp setting and just let it go till it crisp up just alittle. Normally around 2.5 -3.5 hours of smoking for thick cut bacon

    Smoked bacon thats drizzled with honey and tossed in jerk seasoning is the way i do it. Another method i do is big pot on the stove with some cheap bourbon and mesquite seasoning. Both are equally delicious 😋

    Just popped open one of my tins from 2021 the other day. Very strong apple cider vinegar smell. Not a bad smoke but nothing to go crazy over.
