    Cellaring: How Much is Too Much?

    A benefit of having "too much" cellared is that at some point you'll turn around and realize you have tins of your favorite blends that are 10+ years old. I reorganized my modest cellar over the weekend and found a stack of Dunhill Flake tins that range from 6 to 11 years old. :-)
