British "CIVIC" made Drinkless (Kaywoodie)
Thanks, I'm a big, pre-war American pipe collector (ATM) and I snatched this oddity up the second I saw it. Smokes so effortlessly. Always stays lit for a freakishly long time when I set it down, and always smokes to the bottom.- chumleeroy

Well, if it didn't have "the drinkless" stamped into the pipe.shank I'd have thought that, but it is also drilled the same.way as kaywoodies are, w the draft hole being wide and deep.enough to accept the ball on the stinger. British pipe brand "CIVIC" made drinkless (kaywoodie) need infoSo the pipe shank is marked "CIVIC" under "The Drinkless" bit is push type w most of a drinkless stinger attached. Pipes That Don't Stay Lit?
I've had some kaywoodies that we're awful smokers. So I redrilled the stem, opened up ever hole on the stinger and now it's much better. I find if a pipe has a tight draw it won't smoke well. The ember in the bowl.needs to be able.to.draw are will the least amount of resistance to keep the bowl...- chumleeroy
