    Maryland pipe clubs?

I'm in Smithsburg, near Hagerstown but I work in Odenton. I'd be down to meet up with some local pipe smokers sometime! I have met up with some guys on the forum at Boswell's in Chambersburg, PA too. It's only about 30 mins from me. Well worth the drive! I am hit or miss on those meet-ups...

2025 Savinelli Saint Nicholas Bing's Favorite.

I really like the green stems on this year's pipes. Enjoy!

Pipe Blend Ponderings by a Grumpy Old Man Who Doesn't Like Anything

Skippy, I'm the same way brother. I have tried a bunch of different blends in a bunch of different styles and I am in a similar boat to you. I like almost all of the blends I've tried. I have some favorites like like DNR, Nightcap, and most Gawith blends, but nothing that I've bought pounds...

What Do You Mean When You Say….

To me, a good smoking pipe is one with a nice draw. Not too open, not restricted at all. Additionally, a "good smoker," to me means one that isn't fussy about cut vs flake vs rolls etc. It doesn't smoke hot and it also tastes good. There are other metrics for a good pipe for me such as...

    🌟 🎄 🎅 The UnOfficial Official 2025 PM Secret Santa Thread 🎅 🎄 🌟

I got my first Boswell's pipe right before Christmas in 2020. It is probably my best smoking pipe, or at least in the top 2 or 3. I love it.

What is your Favorite Christmas Blend?

I really like Boswell's Christmas Cookie too. A Corn Cob Pipe and a Button Nose by C&D is pretty good. I get a chocolate note from that one. Golden Days of Yore is a bit different from anything else that I smoke, but that's good for a change of pace from the sugary aromatic genre.

    I Remember When..........

I remember standing on the bench seat of our Monte Carlo, between my mother and father, driving down the road at 65mph+. No need for seatbelts, child car seats, or any restraints at all. :ROFLMAO:

What is your Favorite Christmas Blend?

A few years back I was hanging up exterior Christmas lights and garland with my sons. During this time I was smoking Blood Red Moon. It was such a nice smoke and one of my boys mentioned that they liked it because it reminded them of Christmas with the cherry aroma. So, since then, I try to...

Well, my $.02 (not sure about the conversion rate to Canada) says that we currently have 61. Letting in @HawkeyeLinus gives us 62, or an even 31 pairs. But, I understand rules are rules....

    Opening A Tin? Show Us!

Earlier today I opened this bulging tin of 12/2016 Maltese Falcon. This hisssss was splendid. Tastes great on the first bowl, but I think jarring it and letting it sit for a few days will make it a it better.
