    I really like their style. Natural, earthy, a little rustic, the flavors are clear to me. Kind of like a good wine vs one that has been adulterated. Kind of like a good whiskey vs Fireball. Kind of like a rustic loaf bread vs Wonder bread. I’m not saying it’s better, it’s just what I prefer.
