    I've spent 40 years in recovery. You'll never convince me in a million years or pages upon pages of "stats" that coke is harmless or less dangerous than alcohol or sugar, sugar,really sugar????..... You need to speak to some addicts and see how their lives and their families lives were...

    Shoulda,coulda, woulda,all aside, sounds like it's a done deal. Congrats on the new job. It will all work out. Feel out the new surroundings,make adjustments and look for other options while you're there. It may not be as bad as you predict.

    I'm sure you can! It's not the rocket science some make it out to be. IMO, some alcohol, some pipe cleaners,paper towel and you're good to go.

    Yes,I think this is what would spook them with tobacco smoke. Not that they would relate smoke to a human but it's out of the ordinary, that I can understand.

    Well, my two cents. I don't think a deer would think,sniff,sniff, oh gosh there's some tobacco in the air,must be a human around,they are the only animal smokes tobacco so I better steer clear. They may smell something but would they even know what it was?

    IMO That's either a bad repair or not the original stem. Easy fix? Not sure about that. How would the tennon get bent to begin with? Unless it an really,really good price,I'd think twice about that one. What grade is it? That stem doesn't look original to me, something funky going on,but I know...
