Do You Get Through Flake Faster Than Ready Rubbed?

I find the flakes last longer as I do not rub them out, I like the fold better. It last's longer and I don't have to re-light very often at all with flakes.

    Spreading Interest In Pipe Smoking

Great to hear! It would really be great to see more people walking down the street smoking a pipe like days of old. I do it often. Unfortunately, everytime I open my paper, there are more smoking bans going on. Just this morning it was front page news that the surrounding county where I reside...

    Brigham Pipes

I also am so glad you started this thread as I found I was the only one posting about my Brigham. I am fairly new to pipe smoking so I have 2 pipes and being Canadian, I also felt I should start with these pipes. I now have my eye on many more pipes, many of which are Petersons, but for now, I...

Thanks for the pics and great looking pipe. I really have to make the trip to that place. I hear only wonderful things about it and it looks so inviting with all the tobacco on display and pipe selection. Good job!

    Smokers candles?

I use an orange lemon splash smoke eliminator candle and my wife truly cannot tell if I've had a pipe. Now, that being said, I usually try and have it going for an hour or so after my smoke before she comes home. She doesn't mind the aromatic's but others she can smell. The other day I had...

    Favorite English...

I would have to say Frog Morton On The Town if I HAD to pick. A few other English blends I've had lately are Petersons Old Dublin, Dunhill Night Cap and Brigham's English Blend. I really loved the Night Cap, that would be a close tie.. however it really did make me really tired, not sure if it...

    Pipe and Cigar bans

Here in Canada, we've had those bans for years. It's much worse here, as they now are trying in certain towns, city's to ban smoking in all parks, walking trails, outside patios, etc. Our governments are basically running a communist, dictatorship style of governing. When I purchase pipe tobacco...

Hello all. I hope I'm doing this correctly. I'm new to pipe smoking and I am really enjoying this new "hobby".
