Buying Tobacco: How Old?
Title edited for clarity and caps. -jpm When one buys tobacco from a store, online etc be it a bulk amount or pouch or tin, how old is it? I ask as folks seem to gage the aging of their tobacco from the point they get it “new”.- Gavrin

That brought back memories. My folks were cig chain smokers when I was growing up. I can almost still smell myself and my brother when we went off to school as young kids in elementary school . Those cigs reeked And so did we! Your choice is very considerate! -

In the salt and alcohol soak step 2, I am confused. You say fill bowl with coarse salt but you also say you use cotton balls. How does that work? Are u putting salt in the bowl then topping off with cotton balls that are soaked with alcohol? Or?- Gavrin
