Tell me about Margate
If it's anything close to Penzance I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I've yet to try Margate myself, though I do have a tin of Pembroke in the cellar which is basically Margate with the addition of French Cognac, and a tin of Old Dublin on the way. Now I can't wait to do a comparison between these blends.- jameral

Thanks roudoudou. My head was spinning from reading all the different opinions on this subject and what I came away with was that transferring to a secondary mostly aided in the clarity of your brew and that there are some beers that would not benefit as much as other by doing so, such as wheat...- jameral

Going to Work - Morning Routine.
I'm up at the butt crack of dawn at 4am, get dressed and out the door to clock in at 5am. I head straight to my desk, where I have my coffee grinder, and load up my French press. The rest of the day is a blur as I can only look forward to having my first bowl of the day.- jameral
