Being a pipe smoker for more than 40 years I haven't thought about it in a while, but your post made me consider it. I haven't set up a tobacco stash at the shop because it's just cold in there. In fact, I miss being able to work unless it's at least 40°. I can't heat the building if it's much colder because it's not insulated yet. I plan to do that a bit at a time and be done with it by next winter. My plan...- topd

Where do you live?
I was born a Navy brat before going active duty and never lived anywhere for more than four years, a few places as short as six months. It was 15 different places in the states, and 9 outside. But I've been in Emerson, Arkansas for 23 years now.... I love it here!- topd

Problem with Nightcap
I've found that any tobacco that tends not to burn to the bottom needs a bit more drying (open the can for a while) and, don't tamp it very much, leave it loose in the bowl....- topd
