    It is from the 1944 film The Pearl of death with Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce, Bruce is the one smoking the pipe. From 8:25 to about 8:40 into the film and only short moments.

    Thanks. Do you think that it was a mistake in the stamping then. Also I looked at the Kinsale Rustic XL15 which has the smooth ring round the top mid section but this has the emerald banding ?
