Pegasus: Love for One Blend
I always hear the praises of haunted bookshop. In fact I’m smoking it as I type as it is warranted. But Pegasus may have the edge in my book. While HB has a dry, woody, and spicy nature, Pegasus is round, smooth, and nutty.- Clip

That’s why I like brick and mortars. Even though it’s more pricey, you build rapport with the owner, talk to other pipe smokers in person, and smoke with new people. As much as I like this forum, it will never match hanging out in person. I think we can all agree on that.- Clip

Peterson Christmas Pipes
Just bought the x105 in the sandblasted finish. The smooth finish would probably have been my first choice, but I was late to the game. My third briar, the cobs are losing their favor with me fast. -

It doesn’t. Just one of the few Virginia blends I enjoy. Probably because of the orientals. I don’t much care for Latakia but enjoy Presbyterian. Maybe I’ll try some C & D Burley/Oriental blends.- Clip

I’ve tried to be a sophisticated pipe smoker smoking English and Virginia blends, oriental and the lot. But I always come back to burley and aromatic blends, and maybe something like sun bear. Salivating When Clenching
In general I have a very wet mouth, even when not smoking. But I have found when I clench a pipe, I salivate excessively.I also don’t find it very comfortable on my teeth. This leads me to typically hold a pipe; which isn’t a huge deal since I read and smoke typically. Does salivating go away...- Clip
