    A Day To Remember

    My father had his ship blown out from under him in the North Sea by a U-boat's torpedoes. There were but 3 survivors. I still have the dented (from shrapnel) flashlight he carried in his chest pocket on that day. Outstanding collection, Brobs.

    Used to bush-hog with an old JD 4020. Spent many a blissful hour on top of that green machine. Don't care much for the JD dozers and graders but, those old tractors were good solid tools. And, Old School, those 8n's were great tractors. Up there with the Farm-Alls for dependability.

    Lipton makes a sweetened and lemoned ice tea in a can that I'm pretty sure most tea purists will snurl their lips at, yet brings out an incredible nectar-like side flavor to Nightcap. Ymmv.

    "Flowers". The Stones. It's been awhile for this oldie. This was released in the colonies the summer before their phenomenal run of "Beggar's Banquet", "let It Bleed", "Sticky Fingers" and "Exile". I don't believe there was a UK release.
