    Shackleton's book about his expeditions are very well written. I would also recommend the mini series of his Endurance expedition staring Kenneth Branagh.

    First pipe of the night, cleaned up Ebay find, a Wally Frank. Smoked a bowl of a monster mix, part Peterson Sherlock Holmes that I didn't like, mixed with some SWR. Second pipe of the night, also a cleaned up Ebay find, a Yukon. Smoked a bowl of SWR on the patio. Great Ohio evening.

    Smoking a Nob Hill pipe I got from Ebay and cleaned up. Used the salt method for the bowl, let the stem soak in oxiclean. Finished everything by waxing the bowl with beeswax using some elbow grease. Smokes a nice bowl, enjoying some SWR on the patio.

    Final update, pipe arrived today, packages with care. Happy with the order, but due to the time that passed I'll be placing future order through smoking pipes.com instead. Was able to get three orders in the time it took smokers haven to fill one.

    Just discovered Tubi, free and legal streaming app. They have a lot of older stuff. Which I enjoy. Watched Hard Times (1975) with Charles Bronson and James Coburn 5/5. Going to be rewatching Hondo, also a 5/5.
