Tri-Tip Dry Brine Experiment
The wrap would be a paper wrap not foil. I usually lay some strips of thick cut black pepper coated bacon on top for added moisture and flavor but I'm trying the brine this time. The Longer Stem The Cooler Smoke?
Myth. Most stem materials have good insulating properties making them ineffective at cooling over the distance especially considering how quickly the smoke travels through the stem. Nice pipe though. I enjoy churchwardens myself. -
