Bulk Tobacco Similar To Five Brothers?
If I were trying to recreate picayune, I’d look at the base ingredients, buy the blenders from c&d , and keep mixing them until I got something close. It’s not a flavored blend so it should be possible to hit on something close- makhorkasmoker

Kaywoodie Gurgle Issue
When my kaywoodie starts to gurgle, I usually , out of laziness, just begin to draw the smoke so slightly that it cannot produce a gurgle anymore. When I’m more ambitious, I unscrew the stem, shake the stinger or wipe it. That said, I don’t often smoke the kaywoodie for that reason among others- makhorkasmoker
