How Many Open Tins is Too Many?
In the beginning, I had lots of stuff open. Now that I'm more seasoned, I like to have an English, a Virginia, and smoke it until it's done. I find blends lose flavor after being open a long time. When to Use Humidifiers?
Those jars will not keep tobacco long term. They're good for tobacco you're currently smoking. But the threaded jars or Mason jars are the ones to use. I find mylar bags better though with vacuum seal- andrew

Codger blend is a made up definition. Codger blends in the UK are Sam Gawith, odgens, condor. Codger blends in the U.S. are your drugstore burly blends. I would take European codger blends over american all day every- andrew

Yes depending on the grind you can feel a straight razor cut. Hollow ground and extra hollow definitely. Once you get up to a 1/4 ground not really, unless you've got a few days worth of growth- andrew

Pipe Smoke vs Cigar Smoke Quantity?
Like you can get huge clouds of smoke from a pipe, but you'll scorch your mouth badly from puffing that hard. I smoke pipes and cigars, you won't get the smoke output from a pipe if you smoke it properly- andrew
