The "Merchant Service" remakes, that is. I like to clarify that where possible as I think that eBay sellers are particularly likely to suggest that they're the original.

I have one and like it a lot. Haven’t smoked it but proportions and lines are nice. I love their Lovat and smoke it regularly. I didn’t plan on liking it as much as I have actually.

Since it was to be my wife's Christmas present to me, didn't get to open it up and use it til today. Can recommend this without reservations. It has a large chamber which is what I like in pipes, having a 1.84 inch depth with .87 inch width with thick walls. Great shape of course. It was longer than I expected with its stem almost seeming like a demi-churchwarden.

I bought a swan neck and a straight, both smooth, just to examine the workmanship. Never smoked either. The swan-neck looked great other than the drilling, which, since it wasn't done with a flexible drill, was impossible to get perfect - but, if it smokes great, who cares? The grain and staining on my 'chestnut' was fabulous. I will probably get another at some point. Since this is a 'swan' discussion, I'll keep my mouth shut regarding the straight one.
