There are so many uses for a snus tin!! Anything from matches to pipe tobacco.Woops, I just dropped this in the past, so I’ll now copy it into the present:
Dark Sails in the Briarlee was today’s “usual blends in the usual pipe” commute.
Now in field there’s some HU Dark Moor drying a bit before going into the WDC Milano Hesson (pat 1925).
Blend is pretty smooth, fairly strong, but was a little rough on the palate on my first try. The jarred 100g will probably get some time on the shelf and the other 100g tin will be set aside for some age.View attachment 389518
I have about 8 pipes that I rotate from day to day - usually two separate pipes each day, never smoking one that is still warm. But I have never differentiated specific pipes for aromatics vs. pipes specific to non-aromatics. Is that what you are referencing? Is that what you do? Is this a personal preference or something recommended that I was not aware of?This is my one and only aromatic pipe, but that needs to change.
Thank you Scott! It's about 6 months old. I picked it up from deadmanspipes unsmoked. It's been an awesome smoker straight from the start. I'll post a few pics when I get a chance. That Baldi looks amazing! More pics, please! Is it new?
Many pipers have pipes dedicated to genres of tobacco or any other system they figure out.I have about 8 pipes that I rotate from day to day - usually two separate pipes each day, never smoking one that is still warm.
