Had a bowl of Oriental Dusk, immediately followed by Pegasus in a meer before getting up. Breakfast down, dog walked and now settling in with the coffee and some Mycroft in an unnamed freehand. This might be my favorite KBV blend. Good stuff.
Me too.
I keep them clean, but the bowls tend to be dull and the stems oxidize.
Eventually I get to them with steel wool and Beeswax and they are good for another few years.
But I like a very thin rock hard cake and keep the stem/shank squeaky clean.
Almost half way through this bowl of year 2024 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the cats, and am watching the Nats-Guardians game.
