Our baby got spayed a couple of days ago - looks good in her "recovery suit" - an alternative I'd never heard of until the weekend to the cone for keeping the site dry and her mouth off, and is working great and . . . stylish. Seems much better and almost back to normal today which means by tomorrow she'll be tearing around with no regard for herself at all - she's a WWII tank with an appetite. Which brings to mind my wife's favorite Far Side and the one that reminds me (in a good way) of my mom who was insistent that everyone except apparently her not talk with food in their mouth.
