Any Love For The Boer Shape? Show Them Here!

I still think it was made in the USA and even has the EXTRA stamp used on Jobey pipes. Does it say expressly Made In England? This is where I saw that BBB exist made in USA: https://pipesmagazine.com/forums/threads/bbb-made-by-l-h-stern-co.48046/

Any Love For The Boer Shape? Show Them Here!

It's basically a Jobey made by Weber. I saw that in a lot on the bay and was curious, that must be it. Didn't BBB have pipes made by LHS too? I forget. Not many if so.

Yeah, I had a chance to buy that for $30 but didn't, and that guy bought it and is flipping it for that. Heh. Not paying that ! I was tempted but I've been on hiatus buying and poof, it was gone in my hesitation. Thanks for the heads up tho!

Information on My Andreas Bauer Meerschaum

I got this NOS for $20. It was from a collector of Dr Grabow pipes and I believe it's a Mastercraft Imported meer (from Sparta NC) I saw another one just like it on ebay with a piece of paper and the same Austria sticker included. The sticker on the stem says Austria and I was told it is...

    Danish Sir Walter Raleigh

I am going to let mine stew in the jar for a few years and see. I mean the vinegar did go down some but it's there....

    Danish Sir Walter Raleigh

Unfortunately that doesn't help for me but some say it does. I wish it did though but I remember what swr should be like and even if you air out the vinegar, it isn't right. That flavoring they use is nonexistent and it still smells like vinegar and I let it air off for more than a month. I gave...

    Danish Sir Walter Raleigh

Second this. Was going to say this. I only smoke codger blends, altho I have other stuff. Granger and Velvet are awesome too. In fact to me they taste better at the end of the bowl than Carter and Prince.

Good luck. I still think stg needs to do something about this and iron out production issues. It's clearly a defective product. I've had mine jarred and aired out and it's still awful.

Surviving On Five Brothers Pipe Tobacco!

I love 5 Brothers. I order it by the 5 pouch box, and store the sealed pouches in a large Fido glass jar, while I open a pouch at a time and place it in a smaller Mason jar to smoke. Haven't had any issues with it staying fresh. It's too bad STG doesn't make a 7oz tub of it. I usually mix it...

    Granger by Lane

Question. Do you guys know how well STG codger blends stay good in the tub sealed? Are they vacuum sealed? I got a 7oz tub of Granger and Velvet , both made in 2021 , and a 5 pack of swra pouches made in 2020, that are hard as a rock. It's from Tobacco Stock, a company I've never used before and...
