B&M’s in Richmond VA to Visit?
My son likes RVA tobacco lounge in Scots addition, Griffin cigar, and Ree’s cigar room. Not sure what part of town these are in. Also, he’s a cigar guy and is not sure about their commitment to the pipe. But worth checking out. Good luck! Tom- Tommydawg

Manchester, New Hampshire?
https://www.twinssmokeshop.com/ There’s one close in Hooksett, with small lounge and BYOB. Their bigger shop is a few miles further in Londonderry, with full bar and lounge. I recommend them both. If you’re into cigars, there’s a good shop in bar harbor. It presents as a head shop, however. But if you start chatting with the owner, he’ll pull out some really high end hard to find cigar gems from behind the counter. Not a place for browsing though.- Tommydawg

Your Response when the Nicotine Hits
The spoonful of sugar is really a freaking miracle, at least for me. Normally more with a cigar. But when it hits, the sugar really clears it quickly. At that point I’d rather dump a very inexpensive bowl of half smoked tobacco and see no need to keep it around. But no worries if you chose to.- Tommydawg

Stem oxidation
Hi. I have a pipe barely two years old and the stem is already oxidizing. Can this be cleaned up or brought back? Also, does one type of stem (vulcanite or lucite) do better in avoiding the process? Thanks! Tom- Tommydawg
