IRC, it used to be safer to use DHL over UPS when it came to getting billed improper duties. But maybe with the new situation UPS or some orher carrier is better. That or finding vendors that cover the tax on thier end, so that the shipper can't extort more money out of us. -

My Favorite Tamper
I am a big fan of most all the 8deco tamper designs. The lowly bamboo version might be one of the best as far as functionality goes.
