Opened my first G.L. Pease today
@cortezattic: yes, we get all the Samuel Gawith and Gawith & Hoggarth tobaccos here, most even in bulk, so yes, in that case we are quite spoiled. The Pease tobaccos cost around 22 Dollars here. The S Gawith: tins about 15, bulk 12.00.- philblum

Opened my first G.L. Pease today
I've opened my first G.L. Pease tobacco today, the Union Square (they're quite expensive in Swizerland!). What a very nice and pure Virgina flake tobacco, spicy with the natural sweetness, soft yet very present. Very, very nice! Jim, I am with you here. I own both too, entry Peterson's and higher grad ones. All are a treat to smoke. I regard my Peterson's as not only fine looking (of course I have chosen them), but as good to very good quality pipes as well. Then there is another thing: The sterling and nickel works...- philblum

A little one from France
During my Vacations in the south of France I found this little pipe. It was love at first sight!!! It is a Chap from Saint Claude. Quite a nifty pipe with a lot of wood for it's size! Edit: Hey Phil, try this. -
