That is the place and yes, that seems to be the reason for locating there. Originally in a grand old social club in Seattle but forced to move since legally, wait staff couldn't be "required" to operate in a room where people smoked.- lraisch

Nicotine or Relaxation?
If a tobacco without nicotine delivered the same flavor and burn qualities, I would smoke it. As it is, nicotine is probably part of the pipe smoking experience for me though I can't say I've ever known or cared. I've certainly had blends that were too high in nicotine for me to enjoy, but...- lraisch
