Canada-USA Customs Question
I live in Canada and have been ordering bulk tobacco from SPC since 2017. Up until this year, they shipped all bulk tobacco and samples of 8oz and under in bubble mailer envelopes and I was never charged duty (I got lucky). Hey folks. In 2012, Pipes Magazine posted an official Newminster catalog of the brand's introductory blends. It's still available from the magazine here. Kind of a dead topic but my vacuum sealer has a button for "sucking" the air out, and another for the sealing.
