I've tried and tried and tried. Blend after blend after blend; but cherry flavored/scented tobaccos are the only blends I cannot stand.

Let me give you my reason. Growing up in Florida there was a species of roach we called a "cherry roach." Whenever you swatted or squashed one, it emitted a foul smelling rotten/fermented cherry scent. It was absolutely nauseating. No matter what cherry tobacco I try, I only get "cherry roach scent"

I envy all of you that find cherry tobacco enjoyable.

I tried to like Cult Blood Red Moon but just can’t do it. But I do enjoy Country Squire Old Fashioned which has some cherry notes.

I accidentally ordered This one, Sunset Velvet. And I like it. The chrerry isn't too strong and the Vanilla stands out more and is actually a good mix that seems like it should happen more.

I've never been a fan of cherry tobacco but recently picked up some G&H Sweet Black Cherry twist that is decent as a chew or a smoke. Strong and a bit smokey, very light on the dark cherry element and not bad at all.

I’m with you. Not a fan of cherry as a flavor component.

However, I love anisette/licorice, and that’s yet another love/hate flavor agent that tends to sow division among tobacco lovers.

To each, his own. Those of you who like cherry blends, have at it and enjoy!

Samuel Gawith's Celtic Talisman Is the only Cherry I smoke. No goop at all and quality tobacco, very good flavor. Quite the Unicorn these days though

I've found lane very cherry to be decent when smoked ultra slow. I don't dare smoke it in anything but a cob

I've tried a few cherry blends of which some I enjoyed and some I have not. One tasted like cherry cough syrup and it was gross. Of the ones I've tried I liked Lane Dark Red (I think that's what it was called), and Tewksbury - Hobbit's Weed. I really like the Hobbit's Weed but unfortunately you can't find the original anymore. 4Noggins does have a match, and I really like it. It's very close to the original from what I recall. It's not overwhelming and is just the right amount of cherry in the blend.

Ah, there is nothing like a good old fashioned ice cream shop cherry vanilla ice cream.

I’m with ya, but I’m also with @dottlejockey-GH&Co’s Sweet Black Cherry Twist is good stuff. I cannot stand cherry flavored pretty much anything, however the twist in question is like Brown Bogie with a little sweetness and a touch of cigar to me, nothing like any cherry aro.

The snuff version is very moreish in the hooter and nice sprinkled in a RYO or in a bowl of B&H Special Viginia, not smoked the pipe version though.

A few years ago, I liked Middleton's but since they stopped the cherry blends, I've tried even the infamous Blood Red Moon has a cough syrup taste to me.
