Yes but not very well. I get the wrong address and take a really long time while using very weak excuses. My great great great grandfather died and I am still in mourning (for example). And although I accept returns I am great at claiming that the customer damaged the product.
For a bonus I will blame regulations that don't even apply to my business instead of my poor service for the failure of my business (I am making fun of a specific guy by the way, who to this day refuses to accept that he's not good at business)
