I’m happy to report that today I’ve gone from Bottom Lister to Top Lister! Woohoohoo!



Unfortunately, my friend at my local USPS branch said that the expected delivery is Friday, the 26th, whether by Ground Advantage or Priority. I opted for Priority just to give the package a fighting chance of actually arriving in time for Christmas. It doesn’t have too far to travel. We shall see.

Anyway, regardless of when it arrives, I hope my match thinks it was worth the wait. My apologies for not being able to send it sooner, but the various tailored components took awhile to assemble and the last one only arrived yesterday (plus I was out of town until last night). As per usual, the gifts are numbered, generally have word clues as to their contents, and should be opened in numerical order for maximum Som Besths effect.

Love that you are smoking an all briar while in the shop. Consider wrapping that stem with vinyl friction tape, it retains the same bite feel as the briar, but removes the risk of chatter.

It’s not been the best week. We get home last night from a long drive. I’m little melancholy as misses goes to get the mail. Upon her return, she says you have a package from “Santa.” Mood instantly lifted with the giddiness of a child on Xmas morning. Pure joy to find in the contents new blends to try and the largest container of tobacco I’ve ever had with 8oz with 4 years of age. New tamper, cleaners, booze and a hand written card. Thanks east coast Secret Santa. You put some much needed holiday spirit in my season. Thank you and Som Besths to all!!
