Enjoyed three open face ham, cheddar cheese and double egg sandwiches with pecans and a golden delicious apple lunch. I'm half way through this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a 1999 smooth brown medium bend Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Baskerville with a sterling silver band and black vulcanite p-lip stem. Giving the 4AB Natural a day of rest. Gold Star Peruvian Macchu Picchu, neat, is my drink. Going to clean a few pipes. Norton the Nosey has turned the house into a race track. If it moves, he bats it. If it doesn't move, he bats it. Bit and licked my foot three different times. Did the same to my hand twice. After a solid half and hour, he's finally settled down.

Today's Appearance and Morning Smoke: Cold Instant Coffee, and had my cheap Kwiki Grape first to avoid AAD syndrome paranoia, and now chomping on the stem of my my Burley Heavy Gord's Cherry English, in my MM mini Cob. Okay changeup for variety. No picture this morning. Full day already, didn't take a pic, and perhaps have a desire to remain a bit incognito. But a bit of:

Skippable Drivel. These past few months have been revelatory. Feeling my age, as per the old saying, "Well, young fella, enjoy it now because today I'm 74 but yesterday I was 16."

Yah, I did a bit of fishing, and some roadhunting for skittish bunnies and grouse, but those days are drawing to a close. Used to revel in the cold and in solitude on lake and field. Now hate the cold and have to put up with company afield because I no longer drive (nor should I, really. Too many contrainments, especially bum knees.)

Future endeavors will include a bit of summer fishing and maybe a hunt on a friends' field, but most of the rest of my days shall be spent learning more about pipes, puffing, reading and sitting in front of a space heater watching weather I don't like through a window if I have to.

Thus begins the contemplative phase.

More later. Have a great day one and all. (BTW, should have had the cob first and chomping the cigar as I type, as usual. Pipe keeps going out as I type.) Lots more to come, but not now! :ROFLMAO:

Half way through this bowl of KBV Mycroft Super DeLuxe in a 2003 medium bent Ural meer with a lined and etched egg shaped bowl with a silver band and a pearl brown acrylic saddle stem. Working on a review of this blend in between feeding Daisy the Feral Princess, Harry the Hairy and Norton the Nosey. The first two are out now. Ice water and bergs is my drink.
