You too ! I have quite a few but a friend gifted me one of these and it has been my daily writer for some time. I am amazed and what a wonderful writer it is... the nib is architect/Hebrew in normal position and italic to the side :Happy fountain pen day everybody.![]()
Actually Fountain pen makes a much more relaxed writing compared to ballpoints and if you have arthritis they make you write much more comfortable helping avoiding the development of carpal tunnel.I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that tomorrow is Carpal Tunnel Day, yes?
So am II love almost everything about Fountain pens...except I am left handed.
I’m left handedMy late Mother was left-handed and wrote successfully with a fountain pen for years and years, so it can be done.
She told me that when she was in grade school one of her teachers tried to force her to be right-handed by tying her left hand; can you imagine that being done today?!?!

What brand ink do you useI’m left handed and I use a fountain pen daily. I use quick drying ink and it works just fine.

Yea I like Noodlers for that reason - unfortunately check washing is still all too common as primitive as it seemsMy favorite is Noodlers QE3. It’s a blue black.
It’s also waterproof.
Crazy story, I received a call from our local police department detective bureau telling me a check of mine was found in raid of a check washing scheme. Of the roughly 1,000 checks recovered, mine was the only check that the scumbags couldn’t wash the ink out of. The police were blown away. Noodlers QE3. lol.
Interestingly enough I play guitar righty because the guy at Norms in Brooklyn told me that a lefty bass was impractical and expensive...
