Enjoyed a big blueberry muffin, and am close to finishing this bowl of C&D Baskerville (Wintertime Reserve 2025) in a 1986 three quarter bend Bacchus face CAO meer with a tapered dark tortoise shell colored acrylic stem. Working on a review of this blend. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Now smoking and still reviewing C&D Baskerville ((Wintertime Reserve 2025) in a 1980s White Pipe straight lattice apple meerschaum with an acrylic yellow cream colored saddle stem. Got a handle on this blend now. Just trying decide on a few points.

Jim,
The blend name provides a theme for some great “tin art”. Have you ever been involved with creating any art work or sketches for a tin?

Nice pipe. Is that a table it's sitting on?
Timber slab Larry. We have a small sawmill and some of our timbered country holds some lovely wood like Blackwood, Blackheart Sassafras, Tasmanian Oak, Celery Top Pine and Tasmanian Myrtle which this is a piece of. This tree actually fell over and so rather than let it rot we pulled it out with tractors and cut it up and what you see is just a oiled slab from the mill.

I thought it may have a story, thank you for taking the hint! Beautiful piece of wood.

Near the first quarter of this bowl of C&D Professor (Wintertime Reserve 2025) in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer billiard with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style. Writing a review of this blend. Broke down a few cardboard boxes to fit in the recycle can, and as usual, Daisy the Feral Princess came out to join me. She put her belly in the air even though she doesn't like her belly rubbed. I went in and out of the house three times with recycle stuff, and each time, Tomato the Brave and Harry the Hairy ran from me. There's something about me carrying stuff that doesn't thrill them for some reason. Norton the Nosey wanted to go outside as he often does, and I had to pick him up and move him away from the door each time. That makes me think that he was an indoor/outdoor cat. He certainly was interested in watching me break down boxes.
