North Georgia mountains.
I just bought from Mr Snuff as well, as I buy from them once every couple months. Even after all the tarrifs and delays, etc, my order arrives to my house (East Coast, US) in ~10 days. Hope they continue their shipping arrangement.
I also order a lot ofntea overseas and its the same deal. Some have even avoided extra charges somehow

Purchased mine on Monday 13th. It arrives tomorrow 21st.
That’s quicker shipping to my door than if I buy from P&C…..

Nasal snuff. It’s fine ground like powder. I’m thinking this is not what you are putting in your mouth.
Never used snuff in the lip.
That’s what snus was for.

Hi,
Denmark is one of the first countries to start up sending postal packages to USA with USPS and the Danish side of USPS (Postnord). It started again thursday the 23rd of October. The postal service is by far the cheapest and has worked very well for many years. The challenge for USPS/Postnord has been how to solve the tariffs, which they now have a solution on. As I see it briar pipes will be added 3,2 % + 0,4 ¢ per piece. So basically a 200 USD pipe will cost 6,44 USD in tariffs. The distributor (USPS) will collect this from sender.

on a semi related note,

Has anyone noticed issue on receiving parcels with the govt shut down and customs? I have a pipe refurbish in canada that im worried about it getting lost if its sent back down south, on top of potential import duties.

Nope. Government was shutdown and customs and usps worked just fine. USPS is being paid during shutdown.

Just got first hand information email from EU company about the shipment through customs to States. For what it’s worth.

“There has recently been a change in shipping to the USA due to Trumps new tariffs. DHL now clear customs and pay the tariffs before they are shipped and when they get to America they go straight out with the USPS.

The good news is the new system is supposed to be faster.”
So If i read that right, a person orders the tobacco from the EU retailer, then it gets given to DHL, DHL takes its mandatory 58$ shipping fee, then tells you what the custom tax is, you pay that too DHL and then DHL sends it to the US of A, and you are all set?

But what would customs do if someone gets a FREE sample of tobacco?

That was a copy and paste email from Torque.

I ordered from Mr Snuff and my shipping/tariff was 30ish$ which covered everything….. I assume that covers customs tariffs and what not. I didn’t pay anything else.

Ask for a free sample from company across the pond and report back with your findings. Help keep us all informed there big guy.

they only let you get 3 free samples per order, seems mean to me. But dhl shipping is an automatic 58$.

and the us.gov websites mention a rate of 33.8 pennies per kilogram and a federal excise of 66.7 pennies per pound
