Visiting my Mom this week. Having a bowl of Connoisseurs Choice. Finally feels a bit more like Fall today
Half & Half elevated with some blending perique.
Now smoking year 2021 Watch City Glass Slipper Micro-Batch in a post-2000 straight brown sandblasted Tom Eltang cherrywood with a black acrylic saddle stem. Broke down boxes for recycle, and fed Daisy the Feral Princess and Harry the Hairy. Dunno where Tomato the Brave is.

Riverboat Gambler in my favorite pipe. My pipe brings me so much happiness and calm. Helps me think and relax. What a glorious thing, the tobacco pipe.

Put the box scraper to work today prepping some of my drive and parking area that has been wanting more rock for a while. 12 yards of 5/8th crushed coming tomorrow with 2yds set aside for the shed. I'm going to get some serious exercise raking and tamping over the next few days..!

First time doing it, and I like it. I wanted something easy going, but H&H alone is kinda underwhelming for me. Perique really brings it up, I think.

The recipe goes something like "a pinch of granulated perique on a bowl of H&H".
Finished staining the back deck, surprisingly not fun at all. Year 2013 C&D Five O’ Clock Shadow paired with 2 Alleve. 
Looks great. Once it cures in, coat it with a water seal and it will seal in the color. Granted you need to re-apply the seal occasionally, but that is much easier than the stain.
