Boswell's in PA.
Looks like a pretty fine shop.
Blends tried so far are Northwoods, Countryside, Dan's, and Military Force were all pretty decent.
I did not care for the Imperial English which did not seem to fit the description at all.
Those who have compared Northwoods to Frog Morton, is a total Non Sequitur to me. I do not find it anywhere near similar. Their Va Per is on the list to try.
They seem to like adding Cavendish to a lot of their English blends which adds a sweet undertone. The Dan's is an all day Virginia that is very fragrant out of the package. Very neutral and smokable.

I'm a fan of Military Force. It's in the Northwoods family, with less sweetness and a fantastic pine note that makes for a great smoke. If you like more sweetness than Northwoods (and much more than MilForce), Countryside is your blend.

I hear great things about their aromatics, a fella sent me a jar of their Pennsylvania Dutch Treat, but I've not yet had a chance to smoke it nor tried anything other than their English blends so far.

Pennsylvania Dutch Treat is one of my favorites, and not just for taste and aroma. My in-laws immigrated to Canada after the war and settled in Ontario working on a pig farm. In time they bought some land in middle of nowhere and started a landscape nursery. I always remember the tale that my mother in law was upset at her husband because on way home with their 1st new vehicle he stopped and bought new piglet. The pig got to sit in the new car before my mother in law!! Tale always got a lot of laughs. Hope you find the blend as enjoyable.
