Seeing all this misguided dialogue around aromatics recently really got me craving a good bowl. McC 2000 is a well-aged virginia broken flake topped (cased?) with a subtle caramel/nougat flavor. It might be because of the mason jar aging but smoking it now you can hardly tell it's an aromatic if you weren't informed, there's definitely a faint caramel sweetness to the blend but it works complimentary with the aged virginias as opposed to modern aromatics that often use an aggressively sweet topping to cover some lesser quality leaves.
(Since people were asking the last time I posted a picture of it, this is an Al Pascia leather pipe stand - kinda ridiculously expensive but a gorgeous sofa for your briar
