In 2017 when I visited a B&M and asked them to build a cigar sampler for me, they included a Paul Garmirian cigar.
Since then I have not seen one being marketed, recommended or even someone smoking one in social media, till today 😀
They seem to fly under the radar a bit. I'm working my way through the PG lineup. Definitely a house style to it all, aged, very nice.

So far the 15th, Reserva Exclusiva, and 20th are favorites

I bought small sizes across his line. This one is called "Bombones Extra," is 3.5" X 46, and smoked for over an hour

I will get some. Thank you! I remember that smoke 8 years ago was good 👍

This little Pussycat was everything an Opus should be.

As some of you know, it doesn't always work out like that

I do really like these, and will be buying a box.

In my experience they like to be wetter than you are probably keeping your other cigars.

First one from the shop, well over 70/70 = excellent, trouble staying lit

Bought 10 and knocked them down to 62RH, temp in the mid sixties = smoked like dry, raw strength, very little real flavor

Brought up to 69RH over a couple months, smoked on hot humid days = very, very good

How did that go? I know you recently had troubles with a different Joya premium...

I almost picked some of those up recently but reloaded Antaño littles instead

I've had nothing but good luck with these. The Lonsdale is the best in the line, IMHO. Perfect construction, just a little pricey, but every one I've had came from either a store sale or sampler bought on secondary market.

Smoked a '17 Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Especial earlier. It had a huge damned void in it and the bunching was very lopsided, so it burned poorly. Such a great blend, such abysmal QC. Fortunately these were had for about $8 a piece box price. I couldn't see paying today's prices with the construction issues that sometimes plague Cuban boxes.

Now finishing a '17 Por Larrañaga Petit Corona. Now this is a fantastic cigar! Great construction throughout the box so far.

Sounds good, thank you. I might try the Corona...

First one from a box of Antaño CT Corona Gorda that have rested for a little over 2 months now.
