I don’t normally post pics of other people’s pipes I work on unless they belong to ashdigger because I know they’re gonna end up on here anyway. But this one was too cool not to share. I’ll let the owner remain anonymous until they’re decide to reveal themselves. It’s an early meer lined, silver capped, Giant. It’s truly one of a kind. I made the stem out of a single 12” piece of German vulcanite. I suspect it’s probably the only NAP Giant around. I’ve shown it with a Pub Pipe for scale.

It’s substantially smaller than the Junior Lovat. It’s probably a Group 1-2.

Well that’s just perfect then! Peterson needs to do more of these small classics.
Although I have been wanting a green pipe from the very beginning, I have yet to acquire one... What a gorgeous Pipe!
Wrapping up a fine Memorial Day on the back porch with Nutmeg smoking a pipe I purchased last month from ‘Mystic Ken’ Sigel : a fellow Pete Geek.
It is a sandblasted 2013 release Peterson Antique reproduction of the 1905 “Pat”.

I have the last of two MacBaren tins that I combined. A tad windy as the sun sets here in the west so I put on a wind ‘cap’.

Yes sir! Thanks for asking. Her name is Nutmeg and she is a joy! She travels well and likes to sit by me when I enjoy a Peterson.
I often say I follow the 3P's, Pipe, Ponder, Pray (in any order) BUT, if she could speak Nutmeg would change that to 4 P's reproaching me for not adding PUP to that list.
Born without a tail from great champion AKC stock, THAT is why I could afford her. She is smart & healthy with no issues

I picked up this 2015 St Pats on SP estates awhile ago. I finally got around to restoring it.
The pride and joy of my entire collection! I finally recently got my hands on a Peterson 2021 POTY. The 4AB made famous by Basil Rathbone smoking it in his Sherlock Holmes Movies of the 1940s. It’s been my dream pipe to own since I got into pipe smoking and collecting. I got is as an unsmoked estate, and I believe it will probably only ever be smoked once.
