Old Magazine Ad 70s/80s?

Heh, I was just thinking about this the other day as I have a trip coming up in just over a month, if I didn't wear a full-face helmet, could there be some contraption for smoking pipe tobacco that would work at highway speeds.
Though, I'm not a fan of clenching so, I doubt if there were, that it would be anything I'd care for anyway, unless I could hook it to my jacket or something with a hose that comes up that I could just grab when wanted, that could work for a full face helmet too. Main problems would be tamping and relights.
